Shipping & Returns

Order Fulfillment
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase because of the quality and superior value on every item. We do our very best to keep up with our entire inventory. When you place an order for an item, you will know instantly whether it is in stock and will be shipped.  You will receive your merchandise within 7-10 days.  However, Hoosier Sporting Goods cannot always guarantee availability of our products.  Some items are unique and have limited availability.   If you have ordered an item that is not available, a time frame is necessary to fill your order.  We will notify the situation via email with its expected delivery date.

Shipping your Order
Our orders are shipped via UPS. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 7-10 business days after receipt of your order.  Customers will be notified if an item is temporarily out of stock or there is a delay in making the item against the order.

A signature is required for all deliveries for your protection. Be sure to include a proper shipping address to obtain this signature. We will be happy to deliver to your home or office.


Order Status
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.

Hoosier Sporting Goods accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. 

Sales Tax Guidelines
Indiana residents will be charged 7% sales tax

All prices included on the web site are in U.S. dollars and are valid in the United States only. Prices are featured at everyday low value, which is the selling retail. We have a 100% guarantee and 7 day return policy. Please see return policy for details.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly make an exchange or issue a refund in the original form of payment, as long as the purchase is unused and within 7 days of receipt.  Contact us at 812-376-3418
and state the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  A prepaid return shipping label will then be provided and emailed to the address provided.  Please write the RA# on the provided packing slip and place the purchase in its original packaging, including the invoice.  Returns will not be accepted without RA #.  Any return without the proper RA# cannot be processed properly and we cannot guarantee that an accurate credit will be issued. 

We will credit you on receipt of the returned item at which you will receive an email confirmation.  When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card and then bill you for the new item when ready to be shipped.

Sorry but custom orders cannot be exchanged as you will have approved them before they are completed.
